This Privacy Policy explains how the DMS Cranium mobile application (the “App”) accesses and handles information when used for authorized business operations and document printing. The App supports users in viewing or preparing documents needed for field work and sending a document selected by the user to a Bluetooth printer.
The Google Play Data Safety information currently published for DMS Cranium states that the App does not collect data or share data with third parties, and that data is encrypted in transit. The App may access and process a document selected by the user on the device to display or print it. A document sent for printing is received by the Bluetooth printer selected by the user.
1. App developer and contact details
DMS Cranium is developed and published on Google Play by Cranium Royal Aditama, the trade name of PT. CRANIUM ROYAL ADITAMA (“Cranium,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
For DMS support and privacy enquiries, please use the support contact provided in the DMS Cranium Google Play listing.
2. App functions and information handled
DMS is an operational support application for authorized personnel. Documents or operational information may be made available through a separate system or application operated by the relevant organization. DMS displays or prepares those documents for the App’s functions. A user may select a document and send it to a Bluetooth printer.
- Documents selected by the user. Document content may be processed on the device to display or print it. Documents may contain business information, visit or location details, or information about individuals involved in the relevant business activity. Users should access and print only documents they are authorized to handle.
- Bluetooth printing. When a user initiates printing, the selected document is sent to the Bluetooth printer selected by that user. The printer may process or retain the print output according to its own functions and settings.
- Information from an organization’s system. Information supplied by a separate organizational system remains subject to the privacy notice and rules of the organization operating that system.
According to the Data Safety declaration currently displayed on the Google Play listing, DMS does not transmit user data from the App for collection by Cranium and does not share user data with third parties. Local processing needed to perform the App’s functions, and the user-directed transfer of a selected document to a Bluetooth printer, are described separately above. The App’s actual operation, this Policy, and the Google Play Data Safety declaration must remain consistent.
3. Purposes of use
Information available in the App is used only to perform the function requested by the user, including displaying operational documents and printing a document to a Bluetooth printer selected by the user. The App does not use document content for advertising or marketing.
4. Recipients and disclosure
DMS does not share user data with third parties, as stated in the current Google Play Data Safety declaration. If the user chooses to print a document, that document is sent directly from the device to the Bluetooth printer selected by the user to produce the printout. The handling of documents by a printer or by an organizational system outside DMS is governed by the rules of the party operating that printer or system.
Information processed separately by Philip Morris International (“PMI”) or its affiliates in connection with a business relationship may be covered by the PMI Business Partner and Other Stakeholders Privacy Notice. That notice describes PMI’s processing; this Policy describes DMS’s functions and handling of information within the App.
5. Storage, retention and deletion
The current Google Play listing states that DMS does not collect user data and that data cannot be deleted through an App feature. Documents available on a device or printouts may remain on that device or printer according to the user’s actions and the device’s settings. Records held in an organization’s systems are managed by the organization operating those systems under its applicable policies and legal obligations.
DMS does not provide a self-service account creation or account deletion feature. For questions about documents or records held by your organization, contact your organization’s administrator or the privacy contact provided by that organization. For questions about DMS, use the support contact provided in the DMS Cranium Google Play listing.
6. Security
The Google Play listing for DMS Cranium states that data is encrypted in transit. Users should also protect their devices, avoid sharing access to the App, print documents only to authorized printers, and follow their organization’s security procedures.
7. Privacy enquiries and requests
Requests concerning information handled directly by DMS may be submitted through the support contact provided in the DMS Cranium Google Play listing. For information collected or controlled by PMI, a PMI affiliate, or the organization for which you work, please use the contact channel provided by that party. Requests will be handled in accordance with the applicable law and each party’s role in the relevant processing activity.
8. PMI Privacy Notice
For information about how PMI describes its processing of information relating to business partners and other stakeholders, please read the PMI Business Partner and Other Stakeholders Privacy Notice. PMI states that the identity of the relevant affiliate may be provided separately in a notice, application, website, email, or contract relating to the collection of information.
9. Changes to this Policy
This Policy may be updated if DMS’s functions or information-handling practices change. The latest revision date will appear at the top of this page. If a change affects the way data is handled, this Policy and the Google Play Data Safety declaration should be updated to remain consistent.
